control products, whether used to control insects or diseases, work best when
applied properly. This saves both time and money.
Before using any pest control product you need to first properly identify the problem, i.e. is it insects or disease?
Once that's done, you need to find the correct product to get the job done right. For instance, if you have a whitefly problem, it won't do you a bit of good to apply an insecticide that doesn't control whitefly. You'll be wasting time and money.
Finding out whether a product controls certain pest is a simple as reading its packaging label. In addition to listing the pests the product controls, the label also lists how much to apply and, equally important, how to apply.
No two products are the same, even though they may seem like they are the same product. Pyrthrins are available in both liquid and granular formulations, but that doesn't mean they'll all work the same way.
The bottom line? Read the label.
