When I was young I always had this wonderful vision of how I would someday become famous ....it didn't matter what I was famous for so long as people recognized me. I dreamt of being stopped on the street for a picture and of people always waving to me. As I grew older those dreams began to drift away, things that seemed so certain were now becoming more and more difficult to imagine let alone to achieve.

The problem wasn't that I wasn't talented enough or that I wasn't smart enough, it was that I never tried. I wanted to run the marathon, but not be responsible for taking the first step.

We are constantly bombarded in the news about the talented new actress or the new CEO taking over the responsibilities of a multi-billion dollar company, and when most of us hear about it we think; wouldn't it be nice.

It wasn't until I started working here at AdrenalineRadio that I realized how many truly interesting people there are that surround us every day, some are great story tellers, other love to cook, and some can hear you car from a quarter a mile away and tell you exactly what's wrong with it.

That's the very reason that I love working here, I meet everyday people just like you, who have some sort of talent or have mastered a skill and they are looking for a way to share their knowledge. These are the people who have taken that first step in the journey of a thousand miles.

We are proud to be able to guide people with their first step. There are few things more exciting and nerve-wracking then the first time someone gets behind a microphone, puts on their headphones, and has the On-Air light blink.
