Bryan "Boots"

I’m a little bit Country; I’m a little bit Rock and Roll… Actually, there’s nothing country about this guy: Just punk rocker in its purest form and some good ‘ol fashioned rock and roll!  I’d like you to meet one of our sound Engineers, Bryan Leon (AKA. Boots). Let’s start off with his nickname…Boots…

It’s very simple; he wears boots almost every day to work! This dude has Dress boots, casual boots, work boots, boots for every occasion. I’ve always wanted to see this guy’s closet. Must be huge!

Bryan is much like a boot, large in size, rugged looking, but very useful. In our 12 years of broadcasting internet and traditional radio programming, I’ve never met an engineer with such style, edge, and pinpoint precision. Since the day he started working at the station about two years ago, he’s been a great asset to the team. Not to mention, his charisma and contagious personality help tremendously.

He started out as an intern for the company after taking a radio broadcasting class through a local ROP taught by Nick Federoff (The Station Owner). Since then he has turned into a full-time employee and engineers about 40 hours of programming per week.
